Independent Living Program Overview

Roach Consulting Firm’s Independent Living Program is a structured transitional and permanent supportive housing program designed to help veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals (reentry population), and people experiencing homelessness achieve long-term housing stability, employment, financial independence, and personal wellness.

The program combines:

• Safe and affordable housing

• Case management

• Employment readiness

• Mental health support

• Life-skills coaching

• Community reintegration services

The goal is to reduce homelessness, recidivism, unemployment, and housing instability while helping participants become self-sufficient within 12–24 months.
